Self-Drive itinerary(12 Days)
Day 1: Windhoek
Distance: 0 km (Starting Point)
Begin in Namibia’s capital. Collect your 4x4, explore city highlights, and prepare for the northern journey.
Day 2: Okahandja
Distance: 70 km North
Stop in Okahandja, known for its woodcarving markets and Herero heritage.
Day 3–4: Etosha National Park

Day 5: Rundu

Day 6–7: Bwabwata National Park
Distance: 200 km East
Journey into the Caprivi Strip to explore Bwabwata, a wildlife corridor where elephants, hippos, and buffalo roam freely between rivers and floodplains. Enjoy game drives, birdwatching, and boat safaris in this unique wilderness.
Day 8: Nkasa Rupara National Park
Distance: 180 km Southeast
Continue deeper into the Zambezi Region to discover Nkasa Rupara’s lagoons and wetlands, rich in birdlife and large herds of elephants and buffalo.
Day 9: Katima Mulilo
Distance: 120 km East
Relax in Katima Mulilo, a riverside town along the Zambezi with cultural encounters and lodges overlooking the water.

Drive back through northern Namibia, stopping in Grootfontein to see the Hoba meteorite and rest before the long return.

Day 12: Windhoek
Distance: 200 km West (End Point)
